Vicon, developer of motion-capture systems, is offering a panel of guest presenters at SIGGRAPH 2007. The company is exhibiting at SIGGRAPH in Booth 902 and will feature guest mo-cap demonstrations from ILM, Pendulum Studios, Mova, Method Studios, Softimage, and Activision. Vicon is also co-hosting the Visual FXtasy party along with Pendulum Studios and Softimage on the evening of Wednesday, August 8, at San Diego's House of Blues.
Guest demo artists include: Mike Sanders from Industrial Light and Magic, Mike Jantz from Activision, Rob Taylor and Mike McCormick from Studio Pendulum, Gil Baron from Method Studios, Greg LaSalle from Mova, and Mark Schoennagel from Softimage.
Representatives from Vicon and Vicon House of Moves are also on hand to showcase real-time previsualization, full-body performance capture, and the latest motion-capture workflow techniques and solutions.
