Frozen Receives Top ACE Eddie Award for Animation

Frozen and its editor, Jeff Draheim, came away with another big one, this week at the 64th annual ACE (American Cinema Editors) Eddie Awards for the Best Edited Animated Feature Film.

Other big winners were Captain Phillips and Christopher Rouse for Best Edited Feature Film (Drama). Also, the film's director, Paul Greengrass, received the ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year award. Another big winner was American Hustle and its editors Jay Cassidy, Crispin Struthers, and Alan Baumgarten, who won for Best Edited Feature Film (Comedy or Musical).

For television, Breaking Bad editor Skip MacDonald won Best Edited One-Hour Series for Commercial Television award for the series finale episode "Felina".
