Levis, Canada - Creaform has signed an OEM agreement of partnership with Z Corporation whereby its Handyscan 3D handheld laser scanner will be commercialized under Z Corp.'s own new brand. Creaform's Handyscan 3D will be sold through Z Corp.'s international distribution channel as the ZScanner 700. Both scanners use and share the same technology developed and manufactured by Creaform.
“We were looking for a strong product that would complement our 3D printing business and would measure up to our demanding speed, value, and ease-of-use standards,” says John Kawola, Z Corp.’s executive vice president of sales, marketing and business development.. “We have found our solution with the Creaform technology, and our customers will be pleased.”
