November's Gallery artist is Andrew M. Phelps, who teaches classes in multimedia, design, virtual reality, and enterprise database programming at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Phelps is also a Co-Chair for the External Authoring Interface Working Group under the Web 3D Consortium (
www.web3d.org
) and is also involved with numerous projects that seek to define multi-user persistent worldspace for entertainment and storytelling purposes.
