Styles for All Seasons

To show off the versatility of the program, autodessys for the past eight years has encouraged its user community to submit images to be considered for publication in the company's annual calendar. This year, autodessys received hundreds of submissions, ranging from still lifes to street scenes to concert settings, all created using formZ and, in many in stances, rendered with formZ's RenderZone. According to Alexandra Yessios, vice president of sales and marketing, this year's entries are by far the most impressive she has seen. "The hand-in-hand evolution, or revolution, of hardware and software during the past decade has provided a means for design solutions that professionals had never envisioned before," she says. "The formZ users never cease to astound us with their ingenuity, creativity, and imagination, as well as their enthusiasm of sharing their designs with us."

The images that appear on the following pages are a sampling of the works featured in autodessys's 2001 calendar.
