Xsens, formerly Moven, is introducing Xsens MVN, a flexible, camera-less, full-body, motion-capture solution that can be used indoors and outdoors. It is designed to provide clean, smooth data and saves up to 80 percent postprocessing time. Xens is also previewing its latest developments in the field of RF-based position aiding. With this new technology, MVN users will gain access to an add-on for absolute drift-free motion capture data, ideal for multi-person mocap, with a minimum impact on total system flexibility and infrastructure, says a company representative.
