In Booth #2700, SpeedTree Cinema, a new solution targeted
at the movie and animation industry, is making its debut. It aids
professionals in designing and rendering beautiful, realistic trees and
plants. SpeedTree Cinema combines procedural and hand modeling options
with intuitive controls for many tree parameters. Individual branches
and roots may be drawn and edited and used with thousands of leaf and
bark textures, as well as with a large list of species available in the
SpeedTree Cinema model library, including palms, broadleaves, pines,
cacti, shrubs, and flowers. Once created, SpeedTree Cinema models can
be exported as a mesh in a number of popular formats.
