2020 Emmy Nominations Announced

The Television Academy revealed nominations Tuesday for the 72nd Emmy Awards, with Netflix leading with 160 nominees as its drama Ozark received the streaming service’s most nominations. HBO came in second overall with 107, as its Watchmen was the top leader overall with 26 nominations. Amazon’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel followed that tally with 20.
This season, a record 767 different programs are in the running for Emmys in more than 100 categories. Final voting runs from Aug. 21 through Aug. 31.
