Golden Globes: Into the Spider-Verse takes top honors

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - The 76th annual Golden Globe Awards took place last night, with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association honoring top work in film and television. The awards are often seen as a precursor to the Oscars, and there were a few surprise winners, including Bohemian Rhapsody for Best Motion Picture - Drama. In addition, Glenn Close took home the Golden Globe in the category of Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama, beating the predicted favorite Lady Gaga for A Star Is Born. And in the Best Motion Picture - Animated category, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse took top honors.  The following is a complete list of winners.
