RTT, a leading provider of professional high-end 3D visualization solutions, has acquired Bunkspeed, Inc.

With over a decade of experience operating in the visualization marketplace, thousands of clients worldwide and an intuitive, versatile design tool, Bunkspeed completes the RTT portfolio of comprehensive products.

Traditionally, RTT has provided enterprise solutions and services for OEMs that employ digital product pipelines. Los Angeles-based Bunkspeed represents a well-established company with a focus on design visualization tools and is recognized for its affordable range of powerful, easy-to-use software products. The acquisition extends RTT's services to agencies and designers by offering this lightweight yet robust design tool.

Peter Stevenson, CEO RTT USA, Inc., said, "The addition of Bunkspeed's specialty services and footprint will allow RTT to provide a broader range of capabilities to our customers."

Bunkspeed will continue to operate under the same name and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of RTT. The incorporation of Bunkspeed will take place over the upcoming months. During the interim period, clients will receive continued support and the same advanced quality product that they have come to expect from both RTT and Bunkspeed.

David Randle, General Manager of Bunkspeed, states, "The acquisition of Bunkspeed by RTT will provide major benefits to our existing and future customers. They bring a level of global presence, knowledge, support and expertise that will compliment and enhance our core offerings."

Steven Madge, Managing Director of the Pasadena office has been named CEO of Bunkspeed Inc. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering with an extensive history in technology and innovation. He said, "In today's evolving visualization market, many organizations are faced with eliminating redundant technologies, reducing costs and expanding their capabilities. Introducing a series of tools tailored to the design visualization process helps facilitate such optimizations and will help expand our future capabilities."
