2013 Primetime Emmy Nominations Revealed

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced its nominees for the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards.

Delivering the news about the nominations were Aaron Paul of "Breaking Bad" and Neil Patrick Harris, who will serve as the master of ceremonies for the event.

Taking the lead with 17 nominations is FX's "American Horror Story: Asylum, followed by HBO's "Game of Thrones," which pulled in 16 nominations."

The Emmys features a wide range of categories, recognizing actor performances, reality shows, variety shows, best miniseries, writing, directing, best documentary, voice-overs, art direction, casting, costuming, and more.
