Nvidia to Showcase New Quadro and 3D Vision Pro Solutions at SIGGRAPH ASIA 2010
At the Nvidia booth, located at COEX 3F Hall C #C15, the ‘Nvidia Quadro 3D Digital Theater’ will be featuring practical applications of the newest Nvidia Quadro professional graphics solutions, which deliver up to 5 times faster graphics performance, and up to 8 times faster computational simulation. The new Quadro Plex 7000 scalable visualization system, and 3D Vision Pro will also be showcased at the theater. The Quadro Plex 7000 provides a seamless display up to 36 megapixels across eight displays, and 3D Vision Pro offers advanced stereoscopic 3D experiences in multi-user environments.
During the conference, Nvidia will also host special sessions for developers, an Nvidia CUDA workshop, and Tech Talk presentations. To be hosted on the 16th, the Nvidia CUDA workshop will cover various topics including GPU Computing, CUDA C programming, 3D stereoscopic solutions, DirectX 11 tessellation and many more. Nvidia and Adobe Systems will present comprehensive overviews on how Nvidia GPU computing and software tools can be used to dramatically enhance productivity. Tech Talk sessions on the 17th and 18th will cover topics including GPU ray tracing and application development on GPUs. The sessions will be led by Phillip Miller, director of software product management, Professional Solutions Group, Nvidia.
“Graphics professionals and developers attending SIGGRAPH ASIA this year in Seoul will be amazed at the breakthrough performance Nvidia Quadro and 3D Vision Pro provides,” said David Lee, General Manager of Nvidia Korea. “Also, our CUDA workshop and Tech Talk sessions will provide valuable lessons for developers seeking new creative possibilities and graphics tools that leverage this new era of visual computing.”
