Adobe recently released an update to Premiere Pro, version 5.0.3, which extends the power of the Mercury Playback Engine’s GPU acceleration to laptop users.
Additionally, the update provides:
- support for two new Nvidia cards: Nvidia Quadro 4000 for Mac / Nvidia Quadro 5000M for Windows
- user interface, stability and performance enhancements
