The team's efforts were rewarded for work on "No Man's Land," the season three premiere episode of Stargate Atlantis (SCI FI Channel). The other nominees in the category were Above and Beyond and The Great Canadian Polar Bear Adventure.

Rainmaker's winning team includes Debora Dunphy, digital effects supervisor; Tom Brydon, 3D animator; and former staffer Todd Liddiard, compositor.

Rainmaker's team shares the award with Stargate Atlantis's visual effects supervisor Mark Savela and visual effects coordinator Shannon Gurney.
