London - FilmLight is introducing Baselight Version 4.3 with new features, triple-headed displays, and a sea change in responsiveness and productivity at IBC Stand 7.F31.
Baselight 4.3 boasts intelligent render caching designed to transform the responsiveness for the colorist and the client.
The new object-based Area Tracker enables the user to pick an object while the software identifies its boundaries, and allows for scaling and rotation while automatically applying the grade.
Up to three separate UI monitors can be added, each user-configurable to show any desired arrangement of panels, including the new built-in waveform and vectorscope monitoring tools.
The redesigned 3D toolset is easier and quicker to use by automating and streamlining operations, such as geometry alignment and convergence adjustments.
The company is demonstrating Baselight 4.3 and other products at Stand 7.F31.
