ATTO's Advanced Data Streaming (ADS) latency management technology provides smooth data streaming to maintain the highest consistent performance, while DriveAssure keeps drives running longer, offers full performance during drive rebuilds, and immediate access to storage while initializing a RAID set.
For years, typical eSATA, USB 2.0, and FireWire interface performance has maxed out at approximately 200 MB/s. Combining ATTO innovation with Thunderbolt technology gives prosumer and professional editors the ability to achieve performance levels up to 1000 MB/s of bandwidth.

ATTO ThunderBridge 1800 series Thunderbolt technology products use ATTO's intelligent Bridging Architecture to enable basic, cost-sensitive plug-and-play connectivity products with low overhead to SAS/SATA HHD, SSD, or Tape drives.
