Amsterdam - Adobe Systems Inc. is showcasing advanced video and new media technologies that are enabling broadcasters and media professionals to create, deliver, and monetize dynamic media across disparate platforms and devices.
Highlights of the show include previews of the next version of Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium and Adobe Flash Media Server software, as well as the introduction of Adobe Flash Media Encoding Server softwarer, a scalable solution for converting multiple video file formats for delivery via Adobe Flash software.
Adobe is also giving attendees at IBC 2008 an exclusive sneak preview of the next version of Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium software, a complete pre- and postproduction solution for creative professionals. The next version will help creative professionals deliver more valuable assets, reach new creative heights, and make the most of their time with gains in workflow efficiency.
Adobe Flash Media Encoding Server is a new scalable, high-performance solution for converting multiple video file formats into the Flash format and the latest addition to the Adobe Flash Media Server family of products.
At IBC 2008, Adobe is also previewing new technologies that will
be available in future versions of Adobe Flash Media Server. These include dynamic streaming for delivering the highest quality, uninterrupted viewing experience, and the ability to pause or rewind a live video stream.
