The company is already testing the service using the Nvidia Shield set-top box, which works in conjunction with an Xbox One controller. Verizon plans to make its game streaming service available on devices that run the Android O.S. in the very near future.

Reportedly, the games library displays thumbnails of hugely popular titles such as Fortnite, Red Dead Redemption 2, God of War, Battlefield V and Destiny 2. The company has promised to add "most or all of the top games you are familiar with" to the list at a later date.

games29 hot video games you shouldn't miss

Business Insider has created a list with the most anticipated games of the year. The top 10 includes Resident Evil 2 (re-mastered), Kingdom Hearts 3, Far Cry New Dawn, Crackdown 3, Anthem, Metro: Exodus, Trials Rising, Dead or Alive 6, Devil May Cry 5 and The Division 2.

Telltale began a majority studio closure, following a challenging year. According to a tweet that has been posted on the official company account, the studio will only keep a small group of people, to maintain communication with its board and partners.

Steam has been the key digital games distribution channel for many years, but it looks like Epic wants a piece of that gigantic pie for itself. It's a wise move, because due to Fortnite, Epic Games has gotten a huge base of customers who are more than eager to receive news and get discounts from their favorite game maker.
